CHATEAU ELAN - GOLF CLUB HOUSE renovation

The Clubhouse at Chateau Elan is the centerpiece to three signature courses offered up on the resort’s grounds. Nestled in the rolling hills of North Georgia, the clubhouse renovations were inspired by the French countryside vernacular to proudly welcome patrons to venture out for a day’s round and serve as a place of solace afterwards. The exterior of the building underwent major transformations including new roofing, a refreshing paint scheme, and manicured landscaping. Furthermore, exterior additions facilitated opening up the building to the surroundings through the introduction of a new front porch, covered back deck off of the newly revamped restaurant, and a fire pit with seating terraced into the landscape. The clubhouse now boasts of an inviting entry lobby lounge along with a well curated pro shop managed by Troon Golf along with complimenting locker rooms. Activity also buzzes around the newly branded and expanded Sarazen’s Bar & Grill, with golfers and locals frequenting this communal scene well into the evening hours. The golf premises also benefited from the adjacent event space, the golf pavilion, having its exterior facade and interior finishes upgraded to the corresponding palette to the clubhouse creating a tangible face-lift to the golf experience at Chateau Elan.
