This high-end boutique resort is nestled into the woods on a hillside overlooking the Ocoee River in the mountains of Tennessee. With offerings and amenities including a culinary school, spa facility, whiskey bar, boat house, observation tower, and 3000 SF event space, it is anticipated that this project will cater to both hotel guests and regional day visitors. Because of the pristine setting, the facility and activity programming will be focused on connecting to the environment, including water sports and outdoor exploration. Luxury accommodations are at the heart of this contemporary lodge concept, including lodge suites, modern cabins, and large estates. The campus also boasts a complement of exterior spaces and event spaces tailored for small group events and weddings.
