Copper Table is the primary three-meal bar and restaurant venue at Gaylord Rockies. The restaurant was inspired by local cuisine and the Rocky Mountain landscape. Copper Table offers an elevated dining experience that specializes in crafting hearty traditional meals from fresh, locally-sourced fare.

Drawing from the wealth of natural materials and rich indigenous history in Colorado, the design of the space emphasizes and celebrates the destination that patrons are there to visit. The bar is central to the entrance of the restaurant, and it is highlighted by the conservatory-inspired dining room beyond. The conservatory is centered under a large skylight that further accentuates the sense of place. At the rear of the restaurant is a stately exposition kitchen with a gleaming copper hood, showcasing the final tie to its namesake.
