Garden and Grain brings a healthy, farm-to-table dining option to Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center. The restaurant was inspired by the health-driven lifestyle seen across Colorado, and it brings a new focus to organic ingredients and clean eating at the hotel.
The design of the restaurant emphasizes light and texture variety while including touches of the Colorado landscape throughout. The stone-clad bar greets guests upon entering the restaurant. The space also houses an exposition kitchen which furthers the overall concept of authentic ingredients by removing the barrier between guest and chef. The Garden and Grain menu heavily influenced the overall palette in the restaurant, and the custom mural walls finish the fresh, organic feel of the dining rooms with a reintroduced sense of place.
