Located north of Austin in Hutto, TX, this ongoing masterplan is a multi-use sports, hospitality and entertainment development centered around the new headquarters for Perfect Game USA, a baseball scouting and development service. Located within the 65-acre site are 24 baseball fields, a 250,000 sf convention center, 5 hotels, 1,000 Residential Units, Surf Facility and other entertainment venues, 700,000 sf of retail, bars and restaurants. The masterplan is anchored at one end by Perfect Game HQ and the Convention Center and at the other by the Surf facility and other entertainment outlets. Hotels, residential, retail, bars and restaurants are sprinkled in between creating a vibrate urban environment both for transient guests and locals alike.
