JARED DAVIS

Jared is an indispensable member of the BLUR team. His involvement and ambition from the firm’s founding has led him to be an instrumental project manager, constantly searching out new design opportunities and strategies to improve project delivery methods. This desire to grow is infectious. It resonates throughout Jared’s project teams and evidences itself in every challenge he undertakes.

Beginning his career in the hospitality studio at tvsdesign, Jared quickly became a key contributor on several projects and winning competition entries. He has always displayed an uncanny level of dedication and ability to perform under pressure. Jared is a consummate professional and a reliable and steady leader.

Recently completing his role in the construction administration of the Soundwaves Water Experience; a 5 acre, 3-level luxury indoor/outdoor waterpark with dedicated recreation zones for adults, young children and families at Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tennessee. Jared has tactfully navigated the challenges of this highly complex project and helped ensure the delivery of what is set to become one of the nation’s most stunning indoor waterparks. His passion, dedication, and resourcefulness are witnessed in each of his projects and are paramount to their success. These qualities were instrumental as he completed the addition to the resort court at the 5-star JW Marriott in San Antonio’s Hill Country in 2016, which included a 12,000 SF meeting pavilion, water slide and pool expansion, cabanas, performance pavilion, and event lawn. Currently, Jared is in the beginning stages of the design for a ground up hotel in Florida.
