Lulu Li

With almost a decade of experience, Lulu Li joined the BLUR Workshop team in 2023 with a portfolio of both international and domestic projects. Her expertise lies primarily in hospitality and office developments, and she also has experience across a range of building typologies, including commercial, institutional, mixed-use, residential, and Continuing Care Retirement Communities (CCRCs). Lulu has been involved in projects from the early design phases through construction administration, giving her a comprehensive understanding of the entire lifecycle of a building's design.

Her portfolio includes several award-winning projects such as the Hyatt Regency Salt Lake City, Atlanta International Hotel, and Coda at Tech Square. She has collaborated with leading industry brands and operators like Hyatt, IHG, Hilton, and Marriott. Currently at BLUR she is a key team member working on the transformative renovation of the meeting and banquet spaces at Gaylord Opryland. As a registered architect and LEED AP, Lulu integrates sustainable design principles into her work, ensuring that each project meets high environmental standards.

Outside of her professional life, Lulu enjoys activities such as playing with Legos, solving puzzles, engaging in video games, and hiking.
