Located on the Southeast Peninsula on the Island of St. Kitts, the Marina View Villas are the first phase of a multi-phased resort development.  The villas are situated on a slope of one of the peninsula’s small mountains and are designed to provide expansive views of the Caribbean Sea and across the narrow channel to the impressive volcanic sister island of Nevis.   Each luxury villa will open to the surrounding environment in a rich variety of ways such as verandas, terraces, gardens and courtyards, allowing each guest to enjoy the perfect Caribbean climate throughout their day.  The villas will each have a plunge pool and share a clubhouse, restaurant and resort pool.  A landscaped trail system connects each villa with the resorts shared amenities, including the Beach Club, the hotel, casino, marina and marina village.
