MOOR brings new life to a former restaurant located within the Key West atrium of the Gaylord Palms hotel in Kissimmee, Florida.  The design is that of modern simplicity with slight nautical touches, complimenting a menu of regional and sustainably sourced Floridian fare.   Project scope included the redesigning and rebranding of the entire restaurant, including a redesigned atrium façade and restaurant entrance, atrium deck and yacht seating.  To accommodate the hotel's high frequency of corporate and group sales, flexible buyout spaces and private dining rooms were added in additional to traditional dining.   Additionally, the relocation of the interior bar was carefully considered and re-designed, overlooking the hotel's popular exterior event lawn. Adjacent to the bar, a new outdoor lounge and terrace bar occupy what was previously unused roof space adjacent to the restaurant.  MOOR brings new vibrancy and a fresh, approachable restaurant concept to the hotel, providing an excellent dining and bar option for hotel guests and non-guests alike.
