Scotch Bonnet, St. Kitts

Located on the southeastern-most tip of the island of St. Kitt’s, the round “knob” of Scotch Bonnet has drastic elevation changes and sweeping views of the Atlantic and Caribbean, as well as the nearby island of Nevis. The master plan for 218 condo units and 14 villas carves new roads into the steep topography to provide every unit with exceptional views. The flatter area at the center of the site accommodates a restaurant, resort pool, lap pool, tennis courts, parking, and other amenities. Two other public pools provide drastically different experiences – one perched on a bluff overlooking the Atlantic, and the other nestled into the hillside and shielded from the prevailing winds, with a prime angle for sunset viewing. Pedestrian paths and trails weave through the site and down to the coastline for alternative routes to access the water and the various amenities.
