VILLA De FLORA

Villa is the re-imagined Mediterranean style restaurant located within the main atrium of the Gaylord Palms hotel in Kissimmee, Florida. The design places emphasis on a wide variety of wine and food displays, blended with unique guest dining experiences and a touch of modern European flare. Project scope includes the redesigning and rebranding of the entire restaurant, including a redesigned atrium façade, restaurant entrance, 4 dining terraces, 3-meal buffet, wine room, event room, display kitchen and pizza oven. Glowing olive oil bottle walls greet guests upon entry to the sit-down restaurant leading the way to the re-designed contemporary buffet line. Inside, rich textured wood beams contrast with clean, crisp marble slabs to fulfill the resort concept. Lush landscaping surrounds the flexible seating layouts in both the dining rooms and patio terraces providing an excellent indoor/outdoor option for corporate and family occasions alike.
